Sore but I had fun

Played six games of Q-Zar today between 12.30 and 5. My hip is now spasming and my knees ache but what a way to exercise my inner psychopath - nearly as good as paintball, but just missing the thrill of hearing the solid thwack onto the flesh of your opponent in paintball!
