Comics Continuum has the blurbs and covers for issues 8 and 9 as well as the HC too. Beware of the issue 9 alternate covers (you'll have to click on the link to get those because I didn't put them behind the cut) - I suspect that they give away an enormous spoiler for the series.
Issue #8 blurb: Good to see Gwen get some storyline of her own
"Written by Joss Whedon and Brian Lynch, art by Tim Kale, David Messina and Mirco Pierfederici, covers by Messina and Brian Miller.
Angel ships bi-weekly in June! First up, Angel: After the Fall #8, concluding the stories of what happened to Angel's friends and family during their first night in hell. In this issue: Gwen begins to fulfill her destiny, Gunn begins his journey down the darkest path imaginable, and LA's citizens deal with being cast into Hell.
32 pages, $3.99."
Issue 8 cover: Messina (?) cover, I think.

Issue #9 blurb:
"Written by Joss Whedon and Brian Lynch, art by Nick Runge, covers by Runge and Alex Garner.
The second of two Angel issues arrives this month, and it brings with it a new artist, Nick Runge (artist on the "First Night" Wesley story). The gang's all here as the forces of evil attack from all sides. But Angel's not just fighting for his own life, the fate of someone he never thought he'd see again hangs in the balance.
32 pages, $3.99 (Foil photo edition, $9.99)."
Issue 9 cover: I think this is by the new artist, Nick Runge.

HC blurb: 192 pages? WOOHOO! I know, I know, I will have already seen them but still, so much Angel-y goodness in one place!
"Written by Joss Whedon and Brian Lynch, art and cover by Franco Urru.
In Angel's final television season, his world ended but his story didn't. Now, IDW Publishing is presents the story of Angel: After the Fall, as presided over by Angel co-creator Joss Whedon, along with his hand-picked creative team, Brian Lynch and Franco Urru. Picking up where Season Five of the fan-favorite TV show left off, this hardcover edition looks at who lived after that climactic battle, who died, and what happened to all of Los Angeles in its wake. Features an art gallery from acclaimed artists Tony Harris, Andrew Robinson, and Urru.
192 pages, $24.99."
