Page 1: It's softball girl from Chosen - I always wondered if we'd see her again.
Page 2: The Chosen moment again - Is that Rona and Vi in the second panel? I always wondered if Satsu was the Japanese girl whose moment came while she was eating dinner with her family - looks like it wasn't! Oooh, another glimpse of Caleb - don't tell me he's the Big Bad? In one way good, because Caleb's cool and I would like to see more of him but in another way, not so much. Caleb would make a lot of sense though, given the empowerment theme of S8. Hmmmmm .....
Page 3: This just confirms Buffy's every last fear about guns, I guess. Mind you, Buffy can't exactly condemn the heist itself, given what we saw in Issue 10!
Page 4: Hah, I knew it, Buffy's admitted as much with her "Thomas Crown Affair" comment.
Page 5:This page is so perfectly Joss dialogue from beginning to end.
Xander: "I need a man. I mean a guy, Not a man, a guy" FUNNY!
The "It's a nice length" exchange is a funny one too.
Xander: "I'd bring a date."
Buffy: "Then I'll take Satsu ....."
At least Buffy is showing some awareness of Satsu's feeling for Buffy - she must have worked out the "cinnamon kiss" and now she's going to talk to Satsu. Hmmmm ..... to tell her to back off or to explore the relationship more?
