Some debate over who the guy is top left (not Puff the Dragon, of course!) - remember everyone's in hell? My guess is that it's Lindsey, back to torment Lorne (who is also back - YAY!)
Remember Lorne's final words to Angel?:
Hey, Angel, uh, I'll do this last thing for you, for us... but then I'm out, and you won't find me in the alley afterwards. Hell, you won't find me at all. Do me a favor. Don't try. (walks out)
