Surprise all around, I'd guess. I can also see the disbelieving faces on the emergency personnel as the guy tried to explain how he sustained a gunshot wound!

That must have been fun for the doctors - trying to get that many rounds out of his leg! I'm glad they said the dog was okay. ;)

I guess that short range meant that very little of the shot sperad out so the whole lot hit him!
