It is so good when it works out

catalyst2Finally managed to get dinner at Bernie's Burger Barn (yes, annoying bloody name) and it gets worse on the menu. Everything (and I mean EVERYthing) is called Bernie's B-something-or-other Burger - talk about lack of product differentiation!
Any way, ended getting some kind of BBB burger and there my frustration stopped - it was absolutely perfect. The patty was good quality and size and quite moist, there was a whole pile of bacon and cheese on it and it was B-I-G! Very good chips too - crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside and plenty of salt. Oh, and the portion size was enormous. In short, the best burger and chips I have had in years - such a contrast from the multi-national cloned does-the-box-taste-better-than-the-burger crap that seems to be everywhere. Of course, with all the stupid bloody names on the menu, I have no idea what I ordered so that I can get it next time!
