That is Nancy from the Small Worlds episode isn't it? And if it is, what a beautiful piece of continuity!
Are you mistaking Nancy for Estelle, the woman Jack was in love with in the 40's? First of all, it was our Jack that was in the relationship with her, and her name was Estelle, and in Small Worlds we saw photographs of them together and she was not a blonde.
This is my favorite episode! I totally ship Jack/Jack. They are just so beautiful together! I thought the progression of their relationship in the episode was really subtle. I kept wondering if there was something between them, and then gradually the sexual tension became bolder and bolder until the climactic moment that took my breath away. I love watching the episode with just their scenes, and I plan to someday edit out all the other scenes and call it Captain Jack Harkness: A Love Story. :)
