I have to confess that it gives me a little bit of a buzz to the title refer to season 1 with the comfortable knowledge that there will be a season 2, just for a change!

Any way, onto the episode and my reaction. Something I had been concerned with in the last few episodes I that it was getting a little too easy for Michael - I think I said that someone needed to get hurt.

Michael nearly blew months of careful work by underestimating an opponent - that that opponent didn't quite kill him was more down to a bit of luck rather than any real skill on Michael's behalf. It was good though to see that some of Michael's foresight did pay off - I remember him and Fi stashing a number of guns around the place earlier in the season, for exactly this kind of eventuality, I suppose!

The main job was a frustrating affair - a short time with Nick and I think I would have been quite happy to walk away and let Dawn die! However Michael stuck with job and very deftly turned the tables on the kidnappers, not without a few improvisations because of Nick's ineptness - the 'thumbs up' made me laugh!

Michael and Fi seem to be negotiating a reasonable relationship, despite Fi's desperation for it to be more, much more than I think Michael is comfortable with. I did like the mislead with the "romantic" walk on the beach as they were following Perry Clark.

Now I do have one question - why did Michael go back to Reyes that last time? I mean they had the location of the kidnap hideaway and by going back to Reyes, it meant Michael had to go in with no backup and it left only a two-person team (Sam and Fi) to go get Dawn. Wouldn't it have been better if all three had gone to get Dawn and just avoided that whole final meeting with Reyes? Not enough of a question to effect my enjoyment of the episode but enough to make me wonder.

With Michael's near-miss this week, I wonder if this will make him even more determined to find out who burned him or if it will make him even more cautious? Time will tell.

Oh and the yoghurt count kept going - in the opening scenes, no less, this time!
