Burn Notice 7 - Broken Rules

Of course, now that Burn Notice has been renewed, I really should call it "Burn Notice S1e07 - Broken Rules"! A programme I'm watching gets more than one season - WOOHOO! (and I hang my head in grief for those we have lost - Wonderfalls, Firefly, The Inside, Drive, The Dresden Files, so the list goes on)!
Any way, enough mourning - to the episode. This episode certainly pushed both plot and some major relationships along. Sam was in great form, with life not quite as relaxed as usual! Fi was, well, Fi - how else can I describe her?
As always, Michael thought on his feet and pulled off the operation very smoothly, disposing of Concha very thoroughly whilst keeping himself out of harm's way, for the most part. I really liked the little shock-and-awe demonstration he put on - very simple but utterly overwhelming, just as he intended it, of course.
I also like the way he "disposed" of Bly - Michael will use brute force when he needs to and a very deft touch when that's needed too. The look on Bly's face when Michael explained what the portfolio had in it was just priceless.
I was glad that Michael returned the money to the shop owner - the amount he took seemed so much more than he has taken on other jobs that it seemed unreasonable. But then, what would you charge for this kind of work?
Ok, so what is it with the yoghurt? I've never seen so many people eat the damned stuff as on this programme!
I loved the fight between Michael and Fi - and his apology when he got a really hard shot in on her. And then they slept together - hmmm, have to see how that plays out. The matching handguns under the pillow was a nice tough in symmetry and also a reminder of just how different their lives are to most of us.
Also good to see some progress on the burn notice - Michael looks to have a significant amount of information to sort through.
