Game of Thrones won Outstanding New Program at the Television Critics Association's 27th annual TCA Awards. Let's hope this is the first of a whole swag of awards that it wins.

Both David Benioff and D.B. Weiss are nominated for Emmys for Best Drama Writer - there's a an interesting comment from them both here about the most difficult moment to write on the series to date.

Sounds worse each time

Every time I read about the machinations behind the scenes at The Walking Dead, I get more worried for the future of this series. This article doesn't raise my hopes at all!
