Ice and Fire in comics

From this post in GRRM's LJ, news that there will be a comic adaptation of the books, starting late 2011, just in time for the TV series, I suspect. The more the better, I say (as long as GRRM doesn't get dragged away from the books still to come). Mind you the two sketches do look good so let's hope .....

More crew changes for TWD

According to CraveOnline, TWD has gained Glen Mazzarra as an executive producer and will, contrary to earlier rumours, have 5 writers on staff rather than use free-lancers only. I hope the greater number of episodes in S2 means we'll get a bit more character development during the season.
