I've been lost for the day

I realise that I'm probably very slow but I just discovered TV Tropes. Every page is a gem and I just get drawn further and further in. Take annoying arrows for example - I have read so many books and seen so many movies with that kind of writing in. So very funny and absorbing.

How do I keep missing these things?

HBO to make "A Song of Ice and Fire" into a multi-season TV series? Yes, according to Variety. Note how old the story is btw - 17th January 2007!
