1/6th Hyperion

I love when fans devote real ingenuity to projects - like this 1/6th scale model of the Hyperion Hotel from AtS. I know it is a good model when I can't tell how big it is from anything internal to the model - only external references give it away (like the shot in the Week One Gallery against the real fireplace). I have to admire the effort and skill. The model looks pretty damn good so far!

I think the stupid stick hit us today

Within ten minutes of arriving at work today, I got asked these questions:

"What day is our Tuesday meeting on next week?"

"Do you think the morning meeting will be before or after lunch?"

I will admit that the first one got me because I did "have" to look it up in my diary! The second one just cracked me up. Sadly the day didn't improve from there on - but none of that was funny, just boring.
