Bones s2e2
Mother and Child in the Bay - the story was well written and the interactions between all the characters was good - and showing Cam in a different and rather more sympathetic light was unexpected. David Boreanaz (who, I have to say, I have never been that impressed with as an actor) gets better every time, giving an increasingly comlex and 3-D portrayal of Booth. Emily Deschanel is allowing Brennan to show increasing moments of vulnerability and emotion without simply dissolving into some type of weird emo pseudo-mortician. I can't give it a 10/10 because, as
electrcspacegrl said, there is no over-riding arc - it is still too episodic for me but I have to say that's almost the
only reason I don't!
