Its OK, I can breathe again

Just watched Dexter S1e4 and all is well again. I think though that the world's most dangerous breakfast squicks me out more and more every time I see it. I can't do the non-spoilery thing so the rest of my comments are behind the cut WITH SERIOUS SPOILERS (  here )
