catalyst2Just come back from a 12 km bike ride, the first in months. As I rode around, a lot of people, especially elderly people, smiled at me. I think they mistook my grimace of pain - hard bicycle seat and haemorrhoids are not a good combination - for a smile.
Other than that pain, bike ride was good fun - we even saw an Osprey fishing in the estuary.
