Just a small splurge today

catalyst2Back in Perth for yet another meeting, I dived out at lunchtime and sprinted down to Quality Comics and Empire Toys. I manged to grab Spike: Asylum TPB, BtVS S8 #1 (third printing), BtVS S8 #2 (second printing) and *finally* AXM #3; Torn. I say *finally* for that AXM TPB because this is the fourth time I have tried to buy it and it has sold out every time I have tried to get it. *Finally*.
Also the covers for the two BtVS S8's are truly ugly - not Chen's original work of course - but the distortion of the colour on the covers. I understand the necessity to distinguish between printings but they were such pretty covers first time around and now they are just plain ugly.
