A 'roo came bounding off the central median strip and crashed into the side of my car this morning. I was doing about 70 kph (the limit in that zone) but it happened so fast I had no chance to evade or slow down. I couldn't even pull over because it was on the approach ramp to a bridge - checking back in my mirror, I couldn't see the roo anywhere so it obviously kept going after the collision.

And yes, the red is blood and yes, there are tufts of fur stuck to the car. They will be left there until the car gets assessed on Thursday so I have proof it was a roo collision (premium unaffected) rather than colliding with, say, the garge wall (premium skyrockets). Harsh but true.
