catalyst2I'd usually list the castings individually but there's too many so I'll just link directly to the Season 2 Casting Catch-All. From the comments, I can see that people are worried mainly about the parts that haven't been cast but I suspect that the seasons will now take two per book - otherwise we''l catch up by2015 - and I can't seriously see GRRM producing another book before then.
