Really? Meatcake even? I find it disgusting. I saw it on CNN and thought it was a site designed to motivate people to stop eating unhealthy food, but they sure seem to celebrate the lard and the grease, don't they?
Although, I once made egg in a frame fried in bacon grease. It was so damn good that I made it another time. Then after a few bacon-fried breakfasts I thought about what I was doing to my arteries and I stopped. But it's OK to eat that once in a while, right?
I eat pretty healthy now, so I think I can do a bacon-fried egg in a frame here and there. Hell, I rarely even eat hamburgers anymore, but that's because I don't live near many good burger joints (and that's something I just don't cook for myself). When I go out I usually eat Asian.
My eating is getting better - somewhat forced by medical necessity and somewhat by choice but my essential issue is that I just eat too much. I definitely go with Asian - we finally got a good Thai place here so that's one of my favourites but there a few others too.
