Primeval S3 sounds interesting

It sounds like Primeval S3 will have some interesting elements according to SCI FI Wire. If they can keep the same combination of plot, character and Monster of the Week that they have for the first two seasons, it should roll along very nicely.

Most of the cast are going to be at Comic-Con, but it conflicts with something else I want to see more, so I'm not going to be going to that panel. (I think it's Dr. Horrible panel.) I'm looking forward to S3 of this, since I finally got to watch S1 and S2 consecutively.

What a shame there's a clash - that said, I think I'd make the same choice as you. As much as I like Primeval, there's no contest really between those two panels!
