Dexter by Design?

Is this the fourth book in the Dexter series? It is according to Amazon UK (but neither Amazondotcom nor amazondotca show any sign of this book)

From the bargain bin

As usual, I was caught completely unawares by the onslaught but all these DVD's just forced me to buy them:
Citizen Kane
American Psycho/AP2 twin-pack
Blade Runner - The Final Cut: Special Edition and
28 Weeks Later.
Mind you, they were all from the sale bins and I didn't pay more than AUS$12 for any of them.

The only one I paid full price for was 30 Days Of Night - Limited Edition but even that was down to AUS$32.

I know what I'll be doing for the next few hours.
