Spike: The Series #6

There are 5 preview pages, both covers and a blurb at Comics Continuum

The blurb: Wait, WHAT? Maybe the is the ultimate crossover! *cough*
"Here's how IDW describes the issue:
"Megatron's plan enters its second stage as the Autobots continue to fall under attack from heavily armed humans. Elsewhere, Starscream attempts to initiate a plan of his own with an old ally. Costa and Milne aren't bringing everyone out of this issue in one piece as the Revenge of the Decepticons continues."
Spike #6 will be 32 pages and will cost $3.99."

Is that a good sigh or a bad sigh? :-)

A wishful one... I miss her and the show. Sure there are the comics, but it isn't the same for me. The characters on there don't act like used to do in the serial. Don't you think?

I miss the series so much, it's painful at times. After a while, I decided that the comics were just stories as if they were in the Whedonverse but they weren't those characters, really.

Just occasionally though there is glimpse - Lynch on some of the early Spike series, for example, can get Spike exactly right. At other times I just ask myself "Who are these strangers?"
