I really hope this means he's Twilight. I wonder what it means for his own comics.

It sits right for me - I actually have already mentioned that Ex-Boyfriends are the theme in the season (Riley, Oz, the Thricewise) so having Twilight be THE ex-boyfriend - yup.

I hadn't even noticed that as a theme. In that context, it does make more sense.
