I just saw the short for this (on Australian Idol, for the children, you know!) and it looked quite impressive. No idea what it's about but it looked gorgeous. Whether there's a plot to it remains to be seen, though. I might just try and check this out when it comes to the movies here.

You MUST make plans to see Avatar when it comes out. At Comic Con they showed us about 20 minutes of footage, and I was in TEARS it was so beautiful. I didn't know anything about it but it definitely has a major plot and it breaks new ground in terms of lifelike mix of people/cg. It was the best thing I saw at comic con this year, totally unexpected. I can't wait for it. I think you will love it. :)

Ditto saltygoodness. Was sitting right by her and we were instantly in love!! I know I for one am just exciting that a new idea is coming to the movies rather than remakes and sequels.

I've got to say that I am feeling the same way about the endless stream of remakes and sequels. A bit of originality will go a long way for me.
