catalyst2 | Dune

Just watching Dune (the SCI FI Channel one, not Lynch's one) and it's closer to Herbert's original version than Lynch's ever was, imo. The sets are a little crappy and the lead actor, Alec Newman as Paul Atreides has even less charisma than Hayden Christensen, but other than that, it does a pretty good job on a limited budget. I have the other two parts to watch tomorrow so it will be interesting to see how those compare.
