..... according to Total SCI FI - the Watchmen court case, that is. Not surprisingly, FOX gets an upfront amount plus a percentage of the box office takings. I did like the next bit: "..... [percentage of the box office takings] for Watchmen and any sequels derived from it." (my emphasis added)

OH FOX, you just don't get it do you? Thanks goodness you didn't get to make this - you'd have added a couple of cute kids "to appeal to the younger audience" and PROBABLY AIRED THE EPISODES OUT OF SEQUENCE!
