30s, Male, any ethnicity, charming and flirtatious, but also "a total psycho" who's the craziest, most violent guy in the room (he's a lover and a fighter), he makes his living in "hostile takeovers" of pharmaceutical shipments. His latest heist was of antiviral medicine intended for third world children. Gerard agrees to work with Sam on a new steroid pill grab, and hires Michael (who is posing as a twitchy lab expert) to keep the steroids properly contained. Major Guest Star;
Seymour
30s or 40s, Male, any ethnicity, smart but really paranoid. This dare devilish, somewhat jovial arms dealer knows Fiona and once sold her laser targeting assist equipment. Before Seymour will agree to meet with Michael about tracking down a Russian sniper rifle, he puts Michael through a dangerous driving test to prove that Michael is not a cop. Seymour later makes use of Michael's proven skills in a getaway after a gun buy gone wrong. Guest Star;
Marcela
30s, Female, Japanese Only. She's a world-weary woman who runs a medical relief agency, Pan-American Children's Clinic, that provides medicine to kids in third world countries. She has a large heart, which she hides under protective cynicism. Her father was a friend of Virgil's, so when a shipment of antiviral medicine is stolen off the coast in international waters, Virgil, Michael and Sam help her get the pills back. Guest Star.
