catalyst2 | I really shouldn't have eaten that!

It was my thirteen year old daughter's birthday today so we got her a cake - a chocolate strawberry roulade to be precise. It looked really nice but when we cut a slice, I realised that the cake bit was all of about 3mm thick and the rest was ~~pure coagulated saturated fat~~ solid whipped cream. I ate the slice anyway and now I feel ill. I really should be more cautious!
