i love pointless collections like that. in fact, i had one at a grocery store that i worked at. people dropped them on the floor all the time, and i kept picking them up and reading them. soon i was keeping them in a jar by my desk.

When I was describing it as "pointless", I thought that might be interpreted as harsh but I think I meant pointless as "without pretensions" or something. I used to collect playing cards - but only ones I found on the floor and, if I already had a card, I couldn't take it. I think I got to about 37 or 38 but it took about 5 or 6 years to get that far.

that is an awesome game! my life has been full of little games like that. collector personality, i guess.

My only issue is that once I start I get a little ..... ummmmm ..... obsessive about it all!
