Tim Minear is a "Miracle Man"

Tim Minear's got a new series AND IT'S NOT ON FOX! WOOHOO!

According to The Hollywood Reporter, A(merican)BC has bought his new series "Miracle Man" about "..... a disgraced former televangelist, a man of no faith, who finds that God is using him to perform real miracles and change lives, starting with his own."

Sounds good to me - I can see Tim going to some dark places with this - you don't get known as the Tim Reaper (or was it the Timinator) for no reason!

I did like this quote from Tim:
"..... I love the genre, and I love stories about redemption and stories about characters that are slightly cynical and nudged by higher force .....".

Really - and there was me thinking he liked the light and fluffy!

Hurray! It's not on frelling FOX. And you know who's been working for ABC? NATHAN!!! First on One Life to Live for a pair of episodes, and now on Desperate Housewives. And we all know he's one hell of a great priest... OK, so I can fantasize can't I?

It brings a smile to my face just to fantasize about it. ABC unlike FOX takes care of their people. Even if something doesn't make it, they give it longer than 3 days. Well except for Night Stalker, but I'm cutting them some slack.

Now wouldn't that be the ultimate - the extracts that I have read of your books all had a good healthy dose of the twisted and warped (and I mean that in the best possible way!) and who better for twisted and warped that The Tim Reaper?
