catalyst2 | So sooooooore!

I spent the afternoon running the sound system for a dance recital - don't worry, I never appeared out front because that would have scared everyone off - but I think I hurt something in my back with all the bending over and lifting and twisting because I now have a thunderous headache, a stiff neck and a very sore mid-back. Actually, it is sore in exactly the same place it was sore when I slipped my T6 (I think?) last year. I have suddenly become psychic because I think I see a visit to the chiropractor in the near future!
