Neglected dog confined in 'prison of its own hair' - just not right on any scale! 'Before' and 'after' photos.
At least this ends well - the RSPCA seized the dog and removed its coat. Admittedly, it's going to have a cold winter because they had to shave it bald but at least it's now in good hands.
