Home made hamburger with cheese, bacon and onions with a green salad - I'm not sure how that egg snuck into the salad but I didn't eat it - and a banana.

and dessert: chocolate roulade with a Tia Maria chocolate mousse filling and a cup of hot water. The roulade was exquisite - soft with strong flavour but surprisingly light. It should be good - it was made by one of the senior teaching chefs where I work - thanks Lee!
