That lunch looks good and it follows the 1/4, 1/4, 1/2 rule (1/4 of your plate should be protein, 1/4 should be carbohydrates and 1/2 should be vegetables - more than one kind).

I made roasted vegetables with supper tonight - turnip, carrots, onions, potatoes and garlic. Mmmmmm, good.
