A little more BtVS S8
One of the few non-Buffyverse writers who I would want to write on BtVS S8 is Jeph Loeb (of the sadly moribund Buffy: The Animated Series) and guess what? HE IS (writing on BtVS S8, that is - third story down)! If he is going to get an arc, I would put that at 4 issues (I always want to say episodes) which mean that progress to date is:
Joss Whedon - first 4
Jeph loeb - somewhere 4
Joss Whedon - last 4
That's a total of 12 issues. That means only 12 issues left - 3 4-issue arcs, maybe? Could that be 3 more writers? What if they were Jane Espenson, David Fury and ..... um .....Doug Petrie (or Drew Goddard or Ben Edlund - so hard to choose after Jane Espenson and David Fury). Of course, just to keep the running joke going that the man who never wrote for BtVS but always gets credited for it, I could add Tim Minear to that list!
Just one request - keep Marti Noxon far, far away from the entire project - please?
