The other thing that occurred to me was how many of them I had watched and disliked - Goodfellas, Titanic, Scarface, The Princess Bride etc - and how many of the older movies I did like but never get to see any more - Casablanca, The Usual Suspects, Rear Window. I must see if some of those older ones are on DVD to buy.
I did also consider renting out the missing 9 just so I could say that I have seen all 100! Then I remembered that I hadn't seen most of those because they just didn't appeal to me.
